A new member experience is coming to NAEYC and PennAEYC.
IMPORTANT DATES for the upcoming transition
Effective January 31, 2025 NAEYC will no longer offer printed membership cards. Starting March 3rd your Membership card will be available on your new and improved member portal!
February 21, 2025 –NAEYC current member portal will be off line as we prepare to bring you a new member experience. The NAEYC website will be accessible, but members will not have access to HELLO or their member profile.
February 21 to March 7, 2025– Our Customer Care Team is extending their hours and will be available until 8:00 PM ET to better support members during this transition.
March 3, 2025 - A new member portal experience will be available. Be sure to check it out.
