Pre-K Counts Pre-Kindergarten Programs
The Pennsylvania Department of Education funds half and full day pre-kindergarten for 3 and 4 year olds. Pre-K Counts pre-kindergarten programs are for children who are at risk of school failure because of income, language, cultural or special needs issues.
