Jodi has nearly 15 years of service working on behalf of children and families across the state. She is experienced in non-profit management, the administration of preschool and child care services, fundraising, community organizing and advocacy. Prior to taking the PennAEYC Executive Director position in February 2009, she worked for 10 years at Early Connections, Inc. a social service agency in Erie, PA specializing in children’s early care and education, community outreach and professional development services.  In addition to her administrative duties at Early Connections, as the Associate Executive Director, Jodi also served 18 counties in Northwest PA as the Northwest Regional Key Community Outreach Specialist.
