Someday, I would like to open an intergenerational facility.  I feel that the elderly can contribute to child care in a very unique way.  I will also continue to improve the quality of early childhood education using NAEYC standards.

I have been married for 27 years, have seven children and eleven grandchildren.

Personal interests: 

Spending time with family and friends, yard sales, walking and bingo.

Why do you do this work? 

I started years ago watching one little girl and over the years realized how rewarding it is to touch the lives of so many children and hopefully be able to make a difference.

I believe in NAEYC for the tremendous contribution it makes toward the education of young children.
